Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure that our customers are transacting with us in a safe and secure environment Baby Bella Australia does not accept any responsibility for any losses or damages incurred by a customer whose credit card has been used fraudulently or in an unauthorised manner.

If we have any reason to believe that a credit card is being used in a fraudulent or unauthorised manner we will not enter into that transaction. We will take all necessary steps to ensure that Baby Bella Australia does not enter into any transactions with anyone who wishes to use a credit card in a fraudulent or unauthorised manner.

Privacy Policy

In order to fulfil and order you may place via our website, it is necessary for us to collect certain information from you. The type of customer information we ask for includes name and address for billing and delivery purposes, day phone number, email address and product preferences.

Baby Bella Australia takes seriously the issue of our customer’s privacy and has taken the appropriate measures to ensure with confidence that any information given to us by our customers is protected. We recognise the sensitivity of your personal information and will never share your details with any other organisation.

Baby Bella Australia has a membership program, which is free to join. We collect and store customer membership information for the following reasons:

- To ease the process of ordering. Keeping your information on record means you will not be required to re-enter this information next time you shop, although you will be able to update it;

- To personalise and customise your shopping experience. Information volunteered via our free membership program allows us to track your order history and current order status.”

Payment

All pricing on babybella.com.au is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST of 10%. Prices are subject to change without notice but once an order has been placed, your price will be honoured.

Baby Bella Australia accepts on-line payments via credit card only. If you would like to arrange payment via bank transfer please call (02) 6621 3188 to obtain bank deposit details. Please note that full payment must be received prior to goods being despatched.

Delivery

Delivery will be made via Australia Post and Star Track Express Couriers. Shipping rates will vary depending on the particular item/s ordered. We reserve the right to confirm these rates prior to shipment of goods.

Please allow between 3 to 5 working days for delivery. For rural deliveries please allow up to 14 days.

Lost in transit goods cannot be replaced until an investigation has been completed by Australia Post or the courier service used to deliver the goods.

Gift vouchers will be delivered free of charge.

Out of Stock Items

If the product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed (excluding Saturday and Sunday). You will be given the opportunity to cancel the order at no cost. If you choose to proceed with the order, goods will be despatched as soon as they are received by Baby Bella Australia.

Exchanges

Goods may be exchanged within 21 days from payment if they are unused and in the original packaging. The return and reshipment of goods must be paid for by the purchaser. Please call (02) 6621 3188 if you wish to arrange an exchange. No goods will be accepted without prior approval.

If damaged goods are received please contact us within 7 days and return the goods with labels and packaging. Baby Bella Australia will replace faulty items on approval of fault. No shipping will be charged on replacement of faulty items. If, for any reason we no longer have the product in stock, we will offer you an exchange or refund. Please allow 14 days for refund to be processed.

Baby Bella Australia offers secure online ordering with our user-friendly shopping basket system. When ordering online at babybella.com.au can be made by credit card. We ensure that your personal information cannot be read by others or tampered en route.
