Baby Bella will happily exchange or provide a store credit for goods within 30 days where the goods are unused and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase must be provided for any exchanges, credits or warranty claims. We do not offer refunds for change of mind/circumstance purchases.
For faulty goods please refer to individual manufacturers warranty terms and conditions. A valid proof of purchase is required so that we can assist you in processing your warranty claim.
Baby Bella offer generous 9 month lay-by terms and conditions. A 20% lay-by deposit is payable on commencement with one payment required per month to keep the lay-by current. your lay-by can be kept open for up to 9 months from the original date of deposit.
Lay-by's cancelled within 14 days of the deposit date will incur an admin fee of $25 or 20% of the value of the lay-by (which ever is the lesser amount). All other lay-by cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the 20% lay-by deposit. This cancellation charge is held to cover costs incurred by Baby Bella in preparing, ordering, holding and canceling lay-by products.
A copy of your lay-by agreement is given to you at the time of making your lay-by deposit. By paying the 20% deposit you are agreeing that you've read, understood and accepted these lay-by terms and conditions.
If minimum lay-by payments are not made (one per month), Baby Bella will advise you of this in writing and you will have 14 days from the date of the letter to address this non-payment. Baby Bella will notify you in writing if we intend to cancel your lay-by due to non-performance of lay-by terms and conditions. In this case we will retain the 20% deposit as a cancellation fee. Any extra payments made will be refunded to you.
Although ever effort is made to contact you about non-performance of lay-by terms and conditions, Baby Bella accepts no responsibility for non-receipt of notices due to postal delays or where the address provided to us is not accurate or current.
